Pins washed in
fresh dH2O and Isopropanol, dried.

Pins dipped into 200 ul FITC in 100% DMSO in Source Plate
Transferred to
200 ul 50 mM Tris, pH 8.0 in Assay Plate 2A
Pins washed in
~150 ml dH2O, blotted
Pins washed in
~150 ml Isopropanol, blotted, dried.

transferred to 200 ul 50 mM Tris, pH 8.0 in Assay Plate 2B

fresh dH2O and Isopropanol, dried.
Add 1 ml 1M Tris, pH8.0 (final
