Another first from V&P Scientific, the first Nanoliter Mono Pin Tool for cherry picking hits from compound libraries in volumes as low as 2 nl.  How would you like to perform the confirmation assay after getting the results of your HTS without going through a time consuming and disposable expensive dilution plate because your probe won't pipet small volumes?  Here is a simple and inexpensive solution for you.  V&P has over 35 pins that cover the range from 2 nl to 1000nl.  Simply select one of those pins and match it up one of 6 different floating frame fixtures (AFIX1___) that corresponds to the pin diameter and you have made your Nanoliter Mono Pin Tool.  Just slide the floating frame fixture over your robot probe shaft and tighten the set screws and with a little programming you are ready to cherry pick in nanoliter quantities.

The Nanoliter Mono Pin Tool was originally designed to fit over the span 8 probes on a Beckman FX, but as you can see in the photo to the right it will also adapt onto  the probe of a MWG RoboAmp 4200.  Many other robot company probes are also compatible.  If your probe will not accommodate the following specifications, call us and we will make a custom Nanoliter Mono Pin Tool  for you.
