There is a $50.00 dollar minimum order and all purchases are subject to a $5.00 handling charge for domestic shipments and $10.00 for Foreign shipments. Terms are Net 30 days to organizations with established credit. Shipping will be F.O.B. San Diego, prepaid and added to the billing invoice. |

Domestic shipments are sent UPS, Federal Express, or best way. All shipments are F.O.B. San Diego, California, and are added to the customer’s invoice. A $5 handling fee is also included. |

shipments are insured for the price of the products. If you
receive damaged products from us you must report it to the
shipping company and V&P within 48 hours to receive

We ship direct to our foreign customers.
We only ask that you prepay. Just FAX, e-mail, or order
on-line the items you want and we will calculate the
shipping charges (UPS International Expedited) and attach a
proforma invoice for prepayment. You can send a check in
dollars or you can wire the money directly to our bank.
Contact us for the bank routing number and our account
number. Payments made by wire transfers are subject to an
additional $40.00 banking fee. |

Equipment is guaranteed against defects of
manufacture for a period of one year. |

No returns are accepted
without a written authorization. No returns on custom items
or products that have been in contact with lab reagents
(such as used wands, manifolds, reservoirs, pint tools,
etc.). There is a 25% restocking charge for returns due to
