Government Agency Satisfied with Service
Here is an email from a customer at a government agency who was quite pleased with our customer service:
"Yeah, we already have a 96-pintool on
our BioMek robot. I have a separate order in to Beckman for a dedicated
HDRT for the new 384-pin pintool so I don't have to mount and re-mount
the tools to a shared HDRT. I also know how to alter the scripts and
protocols on the BioMek for the HDRT attachments, so I think we have
these things covered.
Thanks for thinking ahead. It seems to be rare indeed these days."
