METHODS

V&P Scientific pin tools were tested using a CyBio CyBiR-Well 96 Liquid Handling Robot to transfer Fluorescein Isothiocyanate (FITC), in either 100% DMSO or 100 mM Tris, pH 8.0 to assay plates containing 100 mM Tris, pH 8.0. Plates were read on the PE/Wallac VICTOR2 Multilabel Plate Reader. Volumes transferred were calculated from the standard curve values.
